Advanced Anecdotes in American English is the third in a series of three new readers by L. A. Hill. Amusing and anecdotal in content, these high interest, controlled vocabulary books for classroom or individual use will appeal to a broad range of English as a Second Language students, from young adult to adult.
Each book contains thity ilustrated anecdotes. Each anecdote, approximately 150 word long, is accompanied by exercises for comprehension and development. An appendix in each book lists all vocabulary items included in the text.
